ENGAGE fun!

Braxton enjoyed playing the Ball and Spoon race with his friends in Rm 24 for Kiwisport in Term 3!

Duffy award winner!

Braxton received a duffy certificate at assembly as has been coming to school everyday and trying his best at completing his EE's. Well done from Mrs Carter.

Gymnastics in Term 2

For Kiwisport this term Coach Mel has taught us how to move and control a hoola hoop using one hand to spin it around. After lots of practice some of us got hte hang of it...This is really great for our large motor skills and hand - eye coordination as well.

Fiafia 2021!

Braxton enjoyed learning new dance moves dressed up like a cowboy in his line dancing performance in front of the whole school and a large audience!

My trip to Stardome!

Braxton enjoyed travelling by bus to Cornwall Park in Greenlane to visit the observatory. He explored the interactive activities with his friends and also enjoyed the movie called Tycho. He even got to climb and go on the flying fox at the playground! What did you like best?

Rippa rugby skills!

Braxton really enjoyed learning how to pass and run with the ball and listened to Coach Cory for a special training sesssion at school.

PES picnic!

On Friday 26th February, we took a walk down to the Pt England reserve and explored our natural environment as part of our Inquiry for Term 1. Cherish our Treasures - Tiaki Taonga. Braxton enjoyed spending time with his friends at the beach, playing on the playground and having lunch with his Mum and younger sisters Scarlett and Amber. Thank you for looking after your new friend Daniel.

Water safety in Term 1!

For the next two weeks Team 2 get to go swimming at the Glenn Innes pools. He enjoyed learning how to use the flutterboard and go under the water to get the toy! He is also practising hi srocket ship arms. Well done Braxton!
